Duncan co-founded Aston Bond and is responsible for the day to day running of the Slough office

Duncan combines old fashioned values with speedy pragmatic solutions ensuring that they are delivered in a most proactive, dynamic and business like manner. Duncan is held in very high esteem by his clients.

Duncan is not averse to practising many areas of law and indeed has done so for many years but his expertise and passion is in the area of Commercial Property, Corporate and general Commercial work.

Duncan deals with the acquisition of development sites for property developers and drafting and negotiating commercial leases and undertaking general property work.

Duncan also has many years' experience acting for banks and lenders in connection with secured lending and recoveries. His clients include finance providers and arrangers, a number of property companies, property receivers and major organisations with large property portfolios. Duncan's work includes acting on a national level and covers all property sectors; retail, office; industrial and leisure.

Duncan's recent work has included:

  • Secured lending including development and project finance
  • Security audits, Certificates of Title and other due diligence activities
  • Recoveries, for banks and their receivers
  • Portfolio and estate management including facilities management
  • Property acquisition and disposal
  • Share sale agreements
  • Standard tenancy packages

Prior to becoming a lawyer Duncan was nearly a pop star and travelled extensively. Outside of the office Duncan divides his time between doing the occasional triathlon and spending time with his young family.
