Stephen co-founded Aston Bond and has been Managing Partner from inception in July 2004 and is responsible for the firm's strategy and development. Any business needs a sales and marketing figurehead and Solicitors are no different says Stephen. He specialises in Commercial disputes and has a reputation for getting results. He believes in thinking outside the box to achieve client's expectations.
Stephen values a strong working relationship with his clients and aims to combine this with his pragmatic and professional approach.
Stephen has been responsible for the firm's plans for growth and has been instrumental in negotiating the takeover of Reading firm Avery Clifford.
The rapid growth of the firm since its creation in 2004 has brought impressive results. Turnover and profitability have grown at significant rates and Aston Bond has attracted some significant lateral hires including Richard Carleton former senior partner from Barrett and Thomson a local well established firm.
It is not only financial performance that is being recognised. Stephen is very keen to develop the practice so that it is recognised as a respected and leading regional law firm. This inevitably involves these days marketing and developing personal relationships with clients and contacts alike.

Stephen spends his time between the Reading & Slough offices.
