We are able to spread the benefits of the efficiency of our system to all of our clients, collecting debts in the most cost-effective way. For uncontested matters we have established a simple charging method based upon the amount of the debt. Because both the fee on issue of the Claim and fixed Solicitors costs are recoverable from the debtor, the net cost in a successful action can be minimal (and possibly offset by the interest which we will claim from the debtor).

One aspect of our work which our commercial clients find particularly attractive is the provision of regular client reminders and reports in an easily understandable format. Our software has inbuilt review procedures to ensure that nothing gets overlooked.
