We aim to provide an estimate of the costs involved, and we appreciate that clients have to make difficult decisions in balancing these against their prospects of success. We discuss all options available to fund the case, including the possibility of a conditional fee or "no win, no fee" agreement. We never ignore the possibilities of settlement, even after proceedings have been issued.
