We are looking for a reliable, hard-working and professional receptionist / administration assistant to join our team.
Aston Bond is an award-winning, dynamic yet friendly law firm. We are looking for a receptionist for our offices in Slough.
Duties will include being the firm’s first port of call for clients and dealing with general enquiries by telephone and in person. You will also be required to deal with day to day office administration tasks alongside ensuring reception runs smoothly.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a legal setting is essential, along with a friendly and outgoing nature, strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Deal with all calls in a friendly, confident and polite manner
- Respond to all inbound emails or faxes in accordance with the requirements
- Greet and sign in clients & providing refreshments as appropriate
- Complete any administrative tasks as appropriate
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Organising catering and refreshments for meetings as necessary
- Sorting and organising post and DX
- Support and advise your colleagues where possible
