Experience

Fozia joined Aston Bond in March 2026 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Residential Property Department. With over 20 years’ experience, she advises on the full range of residential conveyancing matters, acting for first-time buyers, families, high-net-worth individuals, companies, property investors and charities.

She specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Acted on the acquisition of a £6 million townhouse in Knightsbridge, including detailed review of historic alterations and compliance with conservation area restrictions.

Handled the purchase of a £3.5 million riverside property in Marlow, carrying out enhanced due diligence on flood risk assessments, Environment Agency guidance, and historic flood mitigation works.

Managed the sale of a £2.8 million Berkshire residence involving simultaneous exchange and completion, coordinating complex chain arrangements and ensuring all title matters were resolved within a tight deadline.

Advised clients on the purchase of a newly converted barn in Surrey, including investigation of planning permissions, building regulation sign offs, and agricultural use restrictions affecting the property.
