Experience

Jaspreet Kaur is a Trainee Solicitor (SQE) in the Commercial Property team at Aston Bond Law Firm, where she has been part of the firm for the past four years. During this time, she has developed strong experience across a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with solicitors, clients and other professionals to support transactions from start to finish.

Jaspreet has been involved in a variety of complex commercial property matters, gaining valuable experience in areas including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, and other property-related transactions. Her experience has enabled her to develop a strong understanding of the commercial considerations involved in property transactions, as well as the importance of providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice.

She takes a meticulous and proactive approach to her work, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring matters progress efficiently. Jaspreet is approachable and client-focused, building positive working relationships while maintaining a high standard of professionalism throughout each matter.

Achievements

Jaspreet has gained considerable experience assisting on complex and high-value commercial property matters. She has worked alongside experienced members of the Commercial Property team, developing her legal knowledge and practical understanding of the sector while taking on increasing levels of responsibility.

Jaspreet has demonstrated her ability to manage competing priorities, work to demanding deadlines and contribute effectively to complex transactions involving multiple parties. Her continued development within the firm reflects her dedication to her legal career and her commitment to building a strong foundation as she progresses through her SQE training.

She is continuing to expand her commercial property expertise and looks forward to further developing her skills as she progresses towards qualification as a solicitor.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Jaspreet enjoys travelling and exploring new places. She particularly enjoys experiencing different cultures, discovering new destinations and making the most of her time away from the office.
