Experience

Duncan is one of the founding partners of Aston Bond, having helped establish the firm in 2004. With nearly 30 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, he has developed extensive expertise in advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Duncan specialises in complex and often high-value transactions, including business acquisitions and sales, share acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements and corporate reorganisations.

He also has particular expertise in acting for both buyers and sellers of distressed businesses, including pre-pack sales, as well as advising on the buying and selling of care homes. Throughout his career, Duncan has worked with a diverse range of clients, from local owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs to companies operating nationally and internationally.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Duncan enjoys spending quality time with his family and making the most of his time away from the office. He also has a passion for travelling, enjoying the opportunity to explore new places, experience different cultures and create lasting memories with his family.
