We understand the  complex or tricky issues that are sometimes involved in commercial property transactions and we use a practical approach which together with our forward” out of the box” thinking helps to avoid the common difficulties and potential disputes that are often a by-product of commercial property transactions

We have particular expertise in joint ventures acting for either land owners or developers with an emphasis on achieving secure structures which minimise exposure to stamp duty.
