Wafaa Syed is a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor who advises developers, investors and business owners on complex property transactions, combining legal expertise with commercial clarity and strategic thinking. As a UK-qualified solicitor, Wafaa has extensive experience across private practice, in-house and consultancy environments, supporting organisations with complex property portfolios and commercial decision-making.

Her in-house experience includes providing legal support to Borough Market, a nationally recognised heritage institution, where she advised on strategic property and commercial matters within a highly visible and brand-sensitive environment. Earlier in her career, Wafaa supported global brand protection activities at Fred Perry, developing a strong understanding of brand identity, reputation and integrity within an international fashion environment.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Wafaa is a proud mum of three and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about keeping fit and maintaining an active lifestyle, having taken part in the London Marathon. Wafaa enjoys setting herself new challenges and staying active alongside her busy professional life.
