Bio

Wafaa qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and specialises in commercial and residential property matters.

She is experienced in dealing with a wide range of commercial and residential property matters, advising on all aspects of general commercial property work including landlord and tenant for owners/occupiers and secured lending. On the residential side she deals with purchases, sales, new build developments, lease extensions, and auction purchases and sales.

In addition, Wafaa acts on behalf of a wide variety of clients’ including international clients such as developers, landlords, tenants, investors and lenders.

Wafaa deals with transactions such as acquisitions and disposals of commercial property across a range of sections including offices, restaurants, retail and mixed-use schemes including development land and all aspects of lease negotiations and re-finance work.

Wafaa prides herself on taking a pragmatic, commercial approach, and can add extra value for clients through her network in the industry.

Outside of work, Wafaa’s interests include running and taking part in Marathons to raise money for various charitable organisations.
