Chris joined Aston Bond in 2024 as Head of Department in the Residential Property team and has since become a director in the firm. He is a highly regarded property lawyer specialising in the residential sector, with a strong reputation for delivering proactive, solutions-driven legal advice.

Since qualifying in 2019, Chris has become a trusted advisor to clients and agents across Berkshire, known for his ability to navigate complex property transactions and ensure they proceed smoothly and efficiently.

Chris regularly acts for high-net-worth and high-profile clients, providing a tailored service that focuses on achieving the best outcomes in a timely manner. Whether resolving challenges or managing the intricacies of residential deals, he is committed to offering a high standard of service and ensuring clients’ interests are always protected.

Chris has extensive experience acting for high-net-worth and high-profile clients on a wide range of complex residential property transactions. He has successfully handled numerous high-value purchases and sales, often involving significant sums and intricate circumstances, providing clients with a highly personalised and commercially focused service throughout. This includes an £8 million purchase of a property in Sunningdale for international clients.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Chris keeps fit playing for Old Windsor Football Club and training at the gym. He recently married and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
