Aston Bond Law Firm is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Commercial Property Paralegal to join our Real Estate team.

Working directly with the Head of Real Estate and his team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven commercial property experience who is looking to develop their skills within a busy and supportive department.

We`re looking for someone who has:

- 2-3 years` experience working in a commercial property department
- A minimum 2:1 degree
- Ideally, a Commendation or higher in the LPC
- Experience with the Land Registry portal and SDLT Online Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills, particularly Word and Excel

The role will involve a varied range of commercial property work, including preparing and managing files, obtaining title documents, submitting searches, preparing SDLT forms and completion statements, dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions, and producing first drafts of contracts, leases and transfer deeds with fee earner guidance.

You`ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the department, take part in training and development, and get involved in Aston Bond`s wider social, charitable and marketing activities.
