Lara has been working in the Private Client sector since 2017 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 dealing with all aspects of Private Client work such as:

• Wills and Trusts
• Estate Administration
• Inheritance Tax Advice and Planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Applications

Lara has an empathetic and compassionate approach and understands how difficult it can be for her clients when dealing with their affairs or those of a loved one. She prides herself on always being able to provide expert, professional advice in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

As the landscape of Private Client work is constantly evolving, Lara is always keen to continue her studies and expand her expertise. She is now a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates in England and Wales, ensuring she has the most up todate knowledge to best advise her clients.

Notable cases

Successfully dealt with the administration of a number of high-net-worth estates including those with cross border assets, charitable beneficiaries, foreign Wills and domicile concerns.

Advised on the creation and administration of both Discretionary Trusts and Immediate post-death interest Trusts including use of the new Trust Registration Service.

Acted for applicants applying for deputyship orders at the Court of Protection for both Property and Financial affairs and Personal Welfare.
